Igniting Change at YouthConnekt Malawi: A Journey Toward Sustainability

Empowering Change Agents at YouthConnekt Malawi

Engaging the Future! Our team joined YouthConnekt Malawi to empower youth in sustainability. Learn how we collaborated with young change-makers for a greener tomorrow.

The Clean Cities Project recently had the privilege of being part of YouthConnekt Malawi, a pivotal event championing the empowerment and inspiration of young leaders in driving Malawi’s development. Represented by our dedicated Project Leader, Martin Manyozo, and Operations Manager, Amoss Benjamin, our team engaged with enthusiastic youths from various domains such as Climate Change, Waste Management, Health, Food Processing, and the Arts.

Under the theme of nurturing potential and fostering a platform for youth contribution to national development, the summit was graced by the presence of the honorable Minister of Youth and Sports, Mr. Uchizi Mkandawire. This collaboration was a prelude to the forthcoming YouthConnekt Africa Summit scheduled in Kenya from 8th to 12th December.

Our participation signifies a commitment to driving sustainable change, fostering dialogue, and inspiring action in climate resilience and environmental sustainability among Malawi’s youth. It’s a call to action to build resilient and eco-conscious communities for a brighter future. Join us on this journey of transformation towards a more sustainable world.
