Established 10 Eco-Green Clubs in 10 schools, reaching 1,000 students to transform waste into marketable art (jewelry, vases, wall hangings), creating income streams while reducing pollution.
Climate Shield
Flood Resilience: Engaged 50 households in Salima District to develop solutions to floods and rising lake levels, piloting caged fish farming in stagnant floodwaters.
Energy Transition Initiative
Training 500 youths and 30 households in clean energy briquette production, reducing reliance on charcoal, curbing deforestation, and cutting emissions.
Climate-Smart Agriculture
Reached 1,500+ farmers with regenerative farming techniques, crop diversification, and AI-powered mobile advisory for real-time climate-smart practices.
Food Security & Inputs Access
Introduced a “buy-now-pay-later” model for climate-resilient seeds, fertilizers, and tools, making them affordable for marginalized farmers.
Solidarity Movement
Mobilized 3,000+ youths, artists, and advocates in solidarity marches against poor waste management and climate inaction, holding duty-bearers accountable in Lilongwe City.
